The company can undertake strategic steps, including a name change, CUSIP number change, dividend distributions, and cancel/reissue procedures, among others.
A dividend a the most effective way IMO!
If a short don’t cover before the dividend is given they will be responsible for the dividend.

One of the favorite techniques on this board utilized by those critical of $KEGS’ prospects is to follow substantive posts with dozens of irrelevant posts so that newcomers need to wade hip deep through blather to see what’s what. This post of Dragonman1’s that I’m responding to deals with the concept of ‘cellar boxing’, which is exactly what we’re facing here with the mighty 1812 Brewing Co.
