You are exactly correct. Most times the true Golden Ticket in the OTC are ones no one is playing for the most part and they explode out in like 3 to 5 days. Pure luck if one owns it. The ones people expect to be the next Golden Ticket and have hundreds of people posting on a thread both good and bad, most time never comes to fruition.
