There is a big difference between stating an opinion or even making a prediction as long as the statement or opinion is not made for the short term financial benefit of the person making the statement. If my opinions or predictions did not pan out, then my prediction fell short. You on the other hand, intentionally and knowingly lie. There's a big difference between stating an opinion about the company or where the share price is headed and making up lies which you are very good at.
