That they are drilling, or the drilling rig is active, or even if the drilling rig has been moved: all are considered insider information by Zion Oil, and they will not disclose that information. But if they don't say in Fridays quarterly/annual report release, I would say something seriously more than "procedural problems" are going on.
Doing nothing at all for 5 1/2 months following the award of the lease would be bizarre, even for Zion Oil. Especially considering their March 2023 "hit the road running" press release. I guess others have already mentioned Rob Dunn's promise to update us once every two or three weeks, so enough said.
