If there has been no bankruptcy filing it may be in the eyes of the law that it still exists. IDK It just maybe that Bret won't file for bankruptcy because the IP would then be handled by the court and that may salvage some return to shareholders. Again IDK It wouldn't surprise me if they are just waiting for shareholders to give up leaving them with the IP and do whatever they want. Still waiting to hear if ants complaint to the SEC and Delaware moves forward.
