This is really scary to me....the fact that neither you nor Ham knew this has long ago been established reinforces the need to get unsophisticated investors out of the markets. This goes back to the SEC act of ...brace yourself...1934. Despite this lenders have gotten creative over the years ad started using notes, ELOCs and other means... the SEC has been cracking down on this for years now and now considers any convertible note a security (which is still debatable in legal circles) they have also been using this in Digital/Crypto...But I hope i got you and Ham caught up on nearly 100 years of SEC laws...SMH...Thanks for the 'breaking news"! what's next? " SEC to outlaw unregistered stock offerings"????? "FINRA/SEC to ban unauthorized trading"???? LOL
