What you say is true.

I believe my understanding of how those legal situations work is that non-fictitious, real people have to be named in whatever charging document and whomever is charged has a right to face their accuser.

Such is the dilemma on an anonymous message board where the hosting provider has a history of protecting the identity of their users in civil cases, which I believe defamation or slander fall under.

So, I wish everyone luck in the next few weeks. Especially those guys holding their LONG positions while those holding their SHORT positions need to step closer to the plate. If you know what I mean.
