We are talking about an OTC where 95%+ probably have a 0% completion rate and are hiding behind every forward looking statement. The gotchas aren't really gotchas when everyone knows. The price reflects the confidence in him getting it complete. Be honest, if everyone believed it was a sure shot the stock wouldn't be trading at .006. The fuckery is what makes playing OTC stocks so fun.
