On February 16, 2024, Digital World Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding details of the special meeting of its stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) to vote on the approval and adoption of the proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) with Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (“TMTG”). The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
The Special Meeting will be held on March 22, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time and the record date for the Special Meeting is February 14, 2024. The live-webcast for the Special Meeting will be available by visiting
