Even though 38 sold this Quarter to date, a bad review just got posted about that activation issue and might lead to a return and could scare other customers away.

Seems like that customer might be returning that VOS and was over reacting as if he might be shorting the stock or looking for cheap shares. On the other hand it has been an issue that has come up several times and should be addressed. Tri Cascade needs to use a better method for activated the VOS. Perhaps a PayPal account or through T-Mobile. I hope they resolve that issue soon.
