Don't need an algo, look at the latest 10q. 600k on hand at the end of the year vs 10mil capital deficit. Memory isn't perfect but I think it stated they need 11mil to get through June. That's probably too much for a pp, they might have to tap more Yorkville money. Hopefully EXIM comes through soon but they aren't even meeting with them until April.
