…wow…well Tom i knew there had to be at least a few Whales……and yeah no way of knowing 100% …….i looked into how i could get and pay for Level 3 cause then i could see every order put on ASK …then we could all just put orders on ASK way above price like over .10 cents…then just take screenshots and boom, we could literally 100% prove every share held. But i cant find a way think you have to be a Broker?
