Not if it were being shorted like it probably is. A Nasdaq announcement would royally hurt the shorters and they would lose their shorts (not to mention everything that they owned). Would serve them right!.

Is Boris smart enough to do that. I already emailed him and suggested that he go to the Nasdaq.
No answer to that suggestion.

Those of you that have spoken well of Boris and spoken to him via phone I suggest you also bring up Nasdaq to the man. Maybe he will listen to you. Make sure you mention NASDAQ WITHOUT A REVERSE STOCK SPLIT.
