He got off easy because the judge backed off totally killing his businesses. I would have taken the licenses away from all the ny business that just have his name on it and no employees with only their family listed as officers. Orangedonshittypants has hundreds of those, to use for back up money laundering.
None of the other stuff is really going to hurt him. Why isn't orangefatass banned for life in NY. None of his companies there employ hardly anyone. The buildings aren't his and he leases his 'brand' to companies. Restaurants in any of his remaining buildings are NOT his employees.
Maybe the judge should have banned the brand. Either way, it's not stopping a thing and shithead will appeal and delay for a decade.
Seems like a win, but really isn't.
Next is willis and Smith. And maybe the colorado ruling. But that's the corrupt scrotus so that's not going to work.
