Right Nagoya! The intent of this delay is what I wonder about. It seems so straightforward and then to quibble over $200,000 as part of $100 millions settlement. Why the delay? Unless that it puts the Government in a bad spot with the other lawsuits. Precedent can be a beatch! GLTA!!
