It is not bashing. It is common sense. The company has great potential but when then make a financing deal like this option shareholders should take advantage of it also. We all saw what happened when they made the Apollo deal. What makes you think this is any better? IMO it is actually worse, They sold the option cheaper and they allowed the lowest buy in price to be lower. Just like Apollo this will touch their bottom line.
