You seem to have a short memory, or you are willfully ignoring what I say to support your narrative.

The billion dollar company, if it's legit, doesn't RM into the shell. They create what is called a SUBSIDIARY. This is what goes into the shell. The parent company is protected completely. The shareholders "own" the subsidiary. That's why when you search for the JFH E-Commerce name, you won't find anything. It's a newly created entity, no website yet either.

If people want to believe it's the whole parent company merging, let them. That will drive up the SP even more, and we can all make a bundle here, if we know when to cut and run.

If they do this BS reverse merger into the shell owned by the shareholders of the 4B shares, guess what, they've turned over the ownership of their thriving, multi-billion dollar company to those shareholders.

That is exactly my point.

I have Googled every player mentioned in every release of information. The only references that I can find connecting JFH Digital with IGPK are from message boards. And, I cannot figure out what the new owners are going to do with the 4B shares that are owned by you guys. They would have to do a 1 for 1000 RS, and then increase the OS again to 2B, with the newco owning 90% of the shares.

Notice how you do not see Backstabbed, Berkshire, and the other usual suspects posting anymore? Bought, sold, and ran ... in my opinion.

you havent done dd. read the 10q. you already missed a 4x on the price and fine dont buy and miss out on a 100/1000x price hike.

ive done my dd and im convinced this is the china co jfh. people dont spend millions of dollars for a scam to happen. the owners are already up 10x on the stock price as they own stock. i spoke with gene and he said he sold his interest and that they are working on everything. read the 10q.
