We are preparing a podcast interview for $SAPX and deliberating if that would be a better means of outlining the scope and direction of the deal ahead of a conventional PR.
If the podcast cannot come together quickly we will move on press release first.

Following very productive meetings over the weekend to finalize the $SAPX merger, some additional opportunities were brought to the table that would enhance the deal.
It requires some restructuring of the original proposal but makes for a stronger overall result. Update to come.
