#11632 RE: kid biscuit #11627

I understood you just fine, as always. You apparently didn't understand me when I post the BS that you posted the day before this took a 40% header. By the 5th day it was down 70%. I have been pointing out the problems and the dilution for this ticker since it hit the 52 week high of $0.0128 on November 27th and that is what you continue to call "noise". Many like yourself have been pumping it all the way down. Doesn't matter how wrong all of you have been, you continue to sell the stock.

What is going on isn't going to stop because Blackstar has notes that matured two years ago that have been waiting for an opportunity to convert. The restraining order preventing Blackstar from trading any shares since November 9th may be their undoing. While they spend cash they don't have to defend against the rest of the damages, GS Capital will just keep rolling out their wins in the form of shares until Blackstar is unable to once again deal with those old notes.

Blackstar has no business other than promoting these method patents. This is sinking in with traders apparently because the promotional fervor and liquidity for the stock has dried up. Traders knew this in October just days before this runup when it was trading as low as $0.0001 and the story is fundamentally the same. Everyone better understand that if Blackstar is promoting they have new shares to be sold. Flip it if you can because those converting will own the bulk of the selling. That has been the story for months and it will continue in my opinion.

You aren't so good at predictions really. Your December 26th post below, everyone claiming no dilution, the closing price that day $0.0061, high was $0.0074. On the 27th you all got the patent press release that everyone already knew about, closing price $0.0061, high was $0.0083. The 28th it looks like GS Capital dumped some new shares, volume was more than 102 million, high was $0.0063 and it closed at $0.0036. Four days later it closed at $0.0019....
