It is very simple. Anyone, even you, could find out about it.

One just has to go to the SEC website and take a look at the filings for KBLB:

One will see that there is not even one Form 4 before April 2021.

Lol…. It should be noted that during an extended amount of time, Mr Thompson, instead of adding to the OS and diluting on investor’s. He was selling shares to fund the company through development stages. So he sold shares then loaned the money to the company.
I’m sure investors would rather pay the interest on the loans when the company starts generating revenue than dilute the crap out of it back then!

I am certainly very thankful for that!!!
That is a solid CEO who cares for investors and believes in the company.
