I'm sure Tony is always working with multiple places at the same time but I don't think he mentions them if they are early on in the process considering how long it might take before investors see results. Not to mention sometimes they don't work out so you don't want to make investors feel like you're failing on promises. If he teased Publix they must be in a good spot with regards to finalizing a contract.
