How not so is that we've been down this road with MJ gonna be legal or schedule III for a few years now. But I will say they are closer by what you post and I'm thinking like you that it will happen this year, but we don't know when. Just that all these agencies are under pressure, DEA included & may have the final say.
Lets hope the pressure is heavy enough to getter done already.
