By law, the Douchebag CEO is supposed to file SEC Form 4 with every purchase or sale, but for most of the decade and a half that the stock has been traded he has ignored the law. The only time he posted his trades was when he was in the deal with YA II PN in 2021-2022 (because they probably required it as part of the deal).

For example, he sold over 100 million shares between 2008 and 2020, but never filed even one SEC form.
