It’s about admitting when you got scammed and learning from your mistakes instead of flat out lying that there could be more coming to FKA BioAmber shareholders when it is against the law for you to ever get a payout of any type or amount. People get conned every single day. Just here at FKA BioAmber the scam was so bad that nobody should have fallen for it and nobody should still think they have a chance of being paid. Once the liquidation was approved for a fraction of the liabilities that was game over. So from September 2018 it was done and the outcome 100% known.
