Smith is a paid pumper and doesn't understand the OTC market.

Neither SRNW, WNFT or GVSI can do a reverse merger since Sharp hasn't filed a 15c for any of the shells.

Why will it take Sharp a year to file a Form 10 for GVSI - it will be 3 years since Sharp withdrew the last Form 10.

It has been well over 2 years and Sharp hasn't accomplished anything of value on any of the hijacked/custodianship shells.

He has used the Calasse lawsuit as an excuse to drag a merger out on WNFT - but there never was a merger lined up.

Sharp can only get other scams such as the two he brought into FORW - obviously Sharp can't vet these shells as all 3 (WNFT, SRNW and GVSI all have problems).

It's a valid point, but personally, I think it will go the other way around first ...until SRNW is fully merged, which could take longer than expected for a millions reasons. In the meantime I believe the flow will go from GVSI to SRNW and FORW. Also, GS has control of the narrative on both and may choose to release information as he sees fit. It only makes sense that he does.

If he let's the market dictate for him, it could all turn into an avoidable disaster. Pumpers will have a field day and the outcomes will only mar his brand at a critical point, once again. It just wouldn't be prudent nor necessary. He's fought for this long, why risk it all and hand it back to the idiot pumpers? We've already seen the damage they can cause from last weeks' debacle.

I believe GS is as tired as the rest of us with the OTC BS. It's time to move away from the pack and make some real money.
