Please illuminate for us what evidence you have for this claim. Or at least what you mean by ‘dirty ticker’? If you mean unaudited financials, and you don’t have the patience to wait and see if/when GDVM files a form 10 then that’s your problem not Melvin’s. People don’t have to invest in GDVM they can go find an audited RM with a giant dilution plan. This happens to be unaudited with no dilution. It’s a different kind of risk and the market cap reflects this.

I think clowns are the ones who invest in a company then trash talk it. Sell the stock, or average down. It’s simple. Melvin has done what has said he would do, stop communicating, because the whiners beat him up. So keep whining, see where that gets you!
