I believe they have a company they are dealing with and have rewarded them with shares. That’s my opinion.

We will have to wait and see until the next filings but 200 million shares that exchanged hands could have been the CEO before the previous who owned all those shares. Maybe he dumped them Freeman is his name I think.

When someone takes shares as repayment for a loan, the shares come from the unused AS and get added to the OS. Doesn't mean they sold them immediately, just means they now own them and the loan is cleared from the books.

My main point of this entire theory is that I'm not buying the explanation of Chad slowly diluting at these current prices for pocket money. If that was the only plan all along, they could have diluted the entire 2.8 billion available shares back in October and made MILLIONS. Probably 10x of what they would be getting now.

300000 dollars in Debt would do it from old management, not all the sells are dilution, it’s a lot of people getting out. If they converted that it comes to 600,000,000 million shares on top of that there’s 52000 which converts to another 104,000,000 shares look at how much it has gone up there is still going to be some dilution until this old debt gets cleared.

I’m not arguing the point about paid haters, I’ve seen that on every stock I’ve ever traded. Been in some money makers and been in some really bad ones, you never know who they are until they look reason in the face and ignore it. They will bash all the way up till they are blue in the face.
