The Borrow Rate with IB for DPLS is 17.5%. which translates to a small amount of activity in people actively shorting the ticker.
When it starts getting around 250%, that shows a lot of activity and they are starting to incentivize it to slow down.
I've been in plays where it's gone to 400+% and it's so obvious.
I like to compare it to the Toll Lane. The more cars, the higher the Toll gets, because it's getting too crowded.
