…lol scam? Clean shell no dilution, and yes international companies take over OTC shells at times so they dont have to go the expensive and time consuming IPO route…especially if they are not yet known in U.S. like JFH….so to go public in U.S. via OTC is and has always been the fastest way to go public for any company.
