If they converted those shares at let’s say, 0005 they would be taking a loss down here. It may look good for taxes but as for getting the cash back on the loan they wouldn’t accomplish that unless they sell above or at the price paid for the loan. If the loan is 10,000 dollars, hypothetical here, and they convert at 0005 that’s 20 million shares they are only going to get 10,000 back if they sell at 0005 anything less is a loss.
