So, how much did you make on this run? It seems like you forget what we are here for... making money. I'm sure there are a lot of people that made 10k 100k and even more on this BEGI run. You will be one of the only ones that lost! 😄 lost your time on a stock you don't even own.

Maybe you should go post on the OMID board, at least that is the only stock you own... BTW you are down 50% there. that's what? 750 dollar 🤪

Stop wasting your time and make yourself look like a fool.

Better try to find out what the next OTC runner will be and post that info.

You really need to figure out how to read a Court register of actions before posting. There was no "appeal to dismiss." That is not how motions or appeals work. The District Court issued an order on 12/18/23 granting the Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Specific Performance in favor of the Plaintiffs. An appeal was filed with the Nevada SUPREME court on 1/12/24 appealing that District court order. That appeal is still pending and has nothing to do with the Motion to Dismiss.... Blackstar filed a Motion to Dismiss on 1/8/24 in the DISTRICT court. This motion was the subject of the hearing on 2/8/24 and was ultimately denied. The Supreme Court appeal is not about the motion to dismiss, it is about the 12/18/23 order and is still pending.
