These posters must be trying to drive organic traffic and promote the site for memberships.

I don't recall ever calling anyone a flipper other than to say that they are pumping their flip. We are all flippers who play this segment of the market in my opinion. Those who regard these stinky pinks as an investment do not last long. Good for you if you have been successful trading this. You would certainly be an exception. The cash going into the pockets of successful flippers and these predatory lenders is being paid for by someone. Good luck.
