And the SS is the other red flag. When the new company had the old management relinquish their shares, they didn't go back to the DTC. That should have reflected months ago regardless. The restricted as of today are also still there as restricted. They should have also went back to the DTC immediately after the merger. All debt holders would be forced to relinquish their shares upon debt being "bought" out. These things should have reflected immediately with the transfer agent.
