There are multiple errors and omissions in the filings. For example, it says both Brian and Barrett own 3.33 million series D shares. There are only 10,000 Series D shares in total issued. Maybe the phantom audit will straighten things out.

What’s most interesting is that it appears that Barrett has the controlling interest in the company.
