This makes no sense. There are actual clean shells for sale at a fraction of the price. Tons of them. Why would any company spend $3M to clean a shell, when you can buy one for $40 - $500k?? Doesn't sound too intelligent to me.
This all sounds very fishy to me. Until we have audited financials, these are just claims. If the company coming in is what the pumpers say it is, then there will be audited fins, and SEC reporting. Period. Then we will see what is actually going on.
