A $70B company merging into an OTC shell?
When has that ever happened?
People try to compare this to Volkswagen or Tencent, but those are ADRs, and not the same thing. They are grasping at straws.
When something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
But hey, I will ride this scam as long as others are buying into it. I don't care.
Unless someone can verify the company themselves, officially on their website, has confirmed the merger, I will doubt it.
