Did you read the latest filings from IGPK? I guess not. Its there if you look for it and it says the merger is done and new officers replaced the old ones. Filings are more credible than PR, imo. Also, go and check out the IGPK twitter page, updates are there.

Do the basic dd before spewing all sorts of staff. If you don't like what you find, move along. Its that simple. You want non-stop PRS, find some diluting bloated tickers where PRs followed by dilution. No lack of that in the OTC markets.
