The S-1 was just another part of the scheming to make the company appear legitimate.

If they go backwards as an alternate.reporting company, the SP will plummet to four zeroes immediately.

yes RC lead that change prior to his departure. My guess to not have to disclose the collapse resulting from his actions.

Alternate reporting can be fine, but for me only as a path to get listing status restored asap.

Just another hurdle for transparency.
