Legitimate. thriving, billion dollar companies don't merge into scammy stinky pink shells and hand over equity ownership to the bag-holders of the previous scams. That would be a very stupid thing to do.
That’s exactly what a smart CEO from a legitimate private Chinese company does nowadays prior going public: They adquiere a shell or OTC or cheap pink status public company in order to bypass the tedious process to go public from the SEC/WS
