Is this injunction permanent ?

No. The preliminary injunction order temporarily blocks NanoString’s ability to market and sell CosMx SMI products for RNA detection within 17 UPC member countries while the case proceeds to a full hearing on the merits. We respectfully believe that the court erred and we are appealing the decision to the UPC Court of Appeal in Luxembourg. The appeal will be heard on December 18, 2023. Do shareholders lose everything in Chapter 11 ?
In some cases, shareholders do not receive any compensation for their shares and will lose their investment entirely.

I don't think in this case, specially if they win the appeal which they feel extremely confident about.

If this continues up it will leave to believe that those that know better than I are buying and that I should continue to buy.
