The company files it annual report with sec of state in the state they are incorporated in. All it does is list the officers of the corporation. I havent look at last years filing to see who was listed

Edit: Just checked, last filing was for 2022, list Mark as Pres, CFO and Sec. And the founder as a Director. Wouldn't expect this to be updated
