I can see how rare earth deposits can be found in Wyoming. Have you ever driven I-80 through that state? It's kinda like what driving on the moon would be like. Just boulders and earthen soil with the occasional tumbleweed or coyote crossing the road up ahead. Not the prettiest state to drive through.
