I just found this in the filings. I don't want to create a panic. But:

On February 23, 2021, our Chief Executive Officer and we were served with a Complaint in the Superior Court for Sacramento, California, alleging negligence and premises liability by over 100 persons and entities. The complaint has no merit, and we intend to defend the matter vigorously.

This is the same situation $WNFT was in with George Sharp and Calasse. Calasse sued Sharp and $WNFT. Accordingly, the merger was canceled. You can't have a reverse merger with a lawsuit pending. It leaves the merging company open to liability and payment of a Judgment against $IGPK.
