This 8K is NOT a purchase order.

The Amendment, among other things, establishes performance thresholds which Evermed must meet to maintain its exclusive rights in Taiwan under the Agreement.

This is no different than the fake agreement they had with Magniant, as you previously mentioned. Magniant also had to meet certain targets in order to have exclusive rights, they never sold anything thus they lost exclusivity.

This isn't a $21 million purchase order. Merely a pathetic attempt by ENDV management to deceive its shareholders into buying its stock thinking that a $21 million order has been received or will be received. NOWHERE IN THIS 8K IS THERE A PURCHASE ORDER NOR A REQUIREMENT TO ORDER.

It is more proof that PennyStockSnipers aka CornerStone Marketing, or whatever other alias he operates under, is nothing more than a paid stock promoter pushing lies and deceptions. He is welcome to respond to my claim but won't without making excuses, shifting the goal post, or changing the topic.
