Yup. Hopefully the garbage countersuit by Carnes and Co gets thrown out next month. If so, I think that would put a lot of pressure on his crew of cronies to settle before the trial. I still want to see the guy in jail and barred for life from participating in any further company purchases/deals/mergers etc.
