Right now, it is an All or None Situation _ imo

Nothing goes forward of significance @ this juncture until the FINRA Approval

FINRA approval is Everything _ Without the approval _ there is No Continuation for this Shell on it current path

I see ZERO reason to badger the Co and perhaps nudge them into a "Technical Error"
