Exactly ....
More Restricted Shares that become available to trade, dilutes the Shares currently available to trade on the open market.
Thus, the more restricted Shares, the less to trade on the open market.
The less Shares on the open market means when buying volume picks up, the stock is able to move up more easily.
That's My Opinion.

I gotcha, but people will always be able to sell if treasure is found. People have been holding for years. Most people will not hold very long time.
