They are filing the 10-k pre merger which the fiscal year is 10/31. That is why they filed the extension because the 10-k was due by jan 31st (hence the 90 days). With the extension they get an additional 15 days.

I thought it was 90 days for an annual report. 45 days for a quarterly report. This is an annual report that is due.
