One of my sources told me that for the last 6 months a person or group is trying to pick up 10% of the company. They are probably just sniping off weak hands while they accumulate. Do international players have to report holdings above 5%? Wouldn't matter if they are each grabbing a percentage below the threshold, but still curious about above.
