Agree DM. The tax credit was originally intended for both upstream and downstream production of critical minerals. This joint letter between mines and end users (GM, Tesla etc) should get the attention of the Admin. to ensure the credit is applied across the board. Good to see NioCorp mentioned along with other big entities.
Everyone in Congress, the Senate and Admin should listen to one Brian Menells interviews. They would get the importance of why domestic mining for critical minerals and others need to happen now!
